Preview: Hamilton (Lewis) at Kings Head Theatre – 5th September – 22nd September 2018

Hamilton (Lewis), a musical about the life of F1 driver Lewis Hamilton arrives at the Kings Head Theatre this month and it sounds like so much fun! I’ve read a few Edinburgh Fringe reviews (where the show made it’s World Premiere)  and it seems to have made a good impression all round.

Lewis Hamilton is the most successful F1 driver in history, so why not make a musical about his life?

From his upbringing in Stevenage to the historic wins and hopefully a bit about his glamorous popstar girlfriend, this show blends Hip hop, R’n’B, Jazz, Blues, Rap and Broadway tunes to  tell a parody version of his life story.

Based on the book by Fiona English, directed by Benji Sperring and Music & Lyrics by David Eaton, the show is produced by Kings Head Theatre.

If you’re up for a new fun musical with, (what sounds like) a great soundtrack, pop down to the Kings Head Theatre this month to catch this show whilst it’s in town.
